DESCRIÇÃO E MISSÃO DA FUNÇÃO

- Integrando a Direção de Produção, este profissional terá como principais responsabilidades desenvolver, manter e otimizar o processo de produção no que respeita à qualidade, produtividade, segurança e disponibilidade técnica dos equipamentos, nas várias fases do processo produtivo.

- Reportando hierarquicamente ao Diretor da Unidade Industrial, este profissional irá coordenar as equipas de Engenharia de Processos e de Melhoria Contínua.

- Deverá contribuir com boas práticas para a definição, melhoria sistemática no arranque de novos projetos e, para a implementação de procedimentos e standardização de processos. Monitorizando os indicadores de performance do departamento e definindo as ações e projetos necessários para o atingimento e superação dos objetivos do negócio.

- Terá como grande foco a definição de procedimentos de acompanhamento e controlo com vista à estabilidade de processo, consequente qualidade de produto, redução de desperdício e maior produtividade da ALOFT.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

- Recolher e interpretar informação necessária para a criação ou melhoria de processos industriais;

- Coordenar as equipas de técnicos de robótica e injeção plástica na implementação de novos projetos e melhoria contínua;

- Validar e aprovar alterações das fichas técnicas de processo;

- Monitorizar o controlo do processo produtivo – das pré-séries até à industrialização e validação final;

- Dinamizar a melhoria contínua dos processos, otimizar tempos de ciclo e redução de taxas de rejeição;

- Analisar as eventuais perturbações da produção decorrentes de falhas no processo com definição de ações corretivas;

- Realizar estudos de processo, com objetivos de apuramento de causas e aumentar a robustez e a captabilidade do processo;

- Efetuar o acompanhamento dos resultados dos indicadores (OEE, scrap, setup, oportunidades de redução de materiais adquiridos);

- Contribuir para a reutilização e reciclagem dos desperdícios;

- Execução de atividades de melhoria contínua, garantindo a satisfação de todos os padrões de Qualidade

REQUISITOS

- Licenciatura Pré-Bolonha ou Mestrado nas áreas de Engenharia de Polímeros, Química e/ou Gestão Industrial;

- Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de Processos de Injeção Plástica (fator preferencial);

- Gosto pelo ambiente industrial (fator mandatório);

- Conhecimentos e experiência em desenvolvimento de projetos de melhoria e ferramentas lean manufacturing (SMED, Kaizen, 5S, entre outras filosofias - fator preferencial);

- Capacidade analítica;

- Bons conhecimentos da língua inglesa (fator mandatório);

- Capacidade de comunicação, competências pedagógicas e forte sentido de cooperação.
