O ano letivo do staff da FORAVE encerra como começou, em mobilidade ERASMUS+.

Depois de vários elementos do staff docente e não docente terem tido a oportunidade de participar em reuniões de trabalho de projetos de partilha de boas práticas, em reuniões de associações internacionais de escolas VET e em atividades de job shadowing e de acompanhamento de alunos em intercâmbio ou em estágio profissional, quatro docentes participam, nesta última semana de julho, em cursos de formação em Espanha e na Croácia.

O aperfeiçoamento da prática pedagógica e das competências técnicas e digitais do staff são alguns dos objetivos do Plano de Formação ERASMUS + estabelecido pela direção da FORAVE. Assim, estes docentes em mobilidade participarão nas formações Integrating ICT into Classroom: Digital Education Tools for Teachers e Introduction to Coding and Robotics with Arduino e partilharão as suas aprendizagens com os colegas no regresso à escola, em setembro.

O desenvolvimento de conhecimentos, competências e qualificações técnicas e transversais, de alunos e staff está presente em todos os projetos Europeus em que a escola participa.

O terceiro trimestre iniciou-se com a coordenação da reunião de trabalho, em Madrid, do projeto We R Open - An educational approach for digital upskilling of Teaching, Managerial and Administrative staff of VET Schools. Os parceiros de escolas profissionais e entidades de formação de Itália, Espanha, Grécia e Chipre reuniram, sob a coordenação da FORAVE, para finalizar um conjunto de ferramentas online que permitirá apoiar as instituições de ensino/ formação profissional no seu processo de digitalização e desenvolver ações e programas necessários ao staff docente e administrativo no seu esforço de requalificação de competências digitais e comunicacionais. Estas ferramentas terão a sua versão final em dezembro deste ano e serão partilhadas no site do projeto (weropen-project.eu) para serem utilizadas, de forma gratuita, por todas as escolas profissionais.

As competências do staff docente e não docente foram ainda o foco dos projetos The Future of the Jobs vs the Jobs of the Future e Hybrid Learning Lab for Industry 4.0 Mechatronics. Assim, na Greaker Videregaende Skole, em Fredrikstad, na Noruega, a equipa da FORAVE participou na última reunião do projeto que se centrou nas competências digitais do professor do século XXI, tendo todos os parceiros participado numa visita à start-up KAHOOT, e no desenvolvimento das soft skills dos alunos através da partilha de um programa que promove a comunicação, a resolução de conflitos e a tutoria de pares. Por sua vez, no projeto Hybrid Learning Lab for Industry 4.0 Mechatronics, em Tartu, na Estónia, e com parceiros da Croácia, Estónia e Polónia, quatro docentes da escola participaram em atividades de formação e visitas a empresas locais com o objetivo de desenvolver uma Learning Unit que alinhe o ensino profissional, no domínio da mecatrónica, com as necessidades do mercado de trabalho no contexto da indústria 4.0, procurando desenvolver nos alunos as competências-chave necessárias para a sua participação ativa no mercado de trabalho.

A interrupção por vários meses das mobilidades ERASMUS+, devido à Pandemia Covid19, fez com que alguns projetos se prolongassem pelo que este trimestre viu terminarem quatro desses projetos focados no desenvolvimento das competências técnicas e transversais dos alunos.

A reunião final do projeto “Local solutions for global challenges”, com parceiros de escolas da Lituânia, Polónia, Espanha, Itália e Roménia, aconteceu em Inca, Espanha, tendo os alunos e professores da FORAVE participado em visitas a empresas e workshops relacionados com empreendedorismo, criação de negócios e globalização. A equipa da FORAVE partilhou ainda, na Feira Semanal Dijous, as empresas virtuais criadas pelos alunos e os produtos tipicamente portugueses que poderiam ser comercializados online.

Debater o uso excessivo de aparelhos eletrónicos e as suas consequências ambientais e sociais foi o tema central do projeto Abuse of New Electronic Devices, que viu a sua reunião final acontecer na Roménia. A equipa da FORAVE partilhou com os parceiros da Itália, Roménia e Turquia os resultados das pesquisas e dos inquéritos realizados, bem como os vídeos, apresentações e cartazes realizados pelos alunos com apelo à redução e reutilização de telemóveis, computadores e tablets.

Atrair um maior número de alunas para os cursos STEM (Ciências, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Matemática) foi um dos objetivos do projeto Guiding Girls to STEM for Grappling Gender Gap, que teve a sua reunião final em Tarquinia, Itália. As alunas da FORAVE participaram em workshops técnicos e motivacionais e em visitas de estudo a empresas, no sentido de desmistificar o papel das mulheres no mundo do trabalho, tentando acabar com o estereótipo de que existem trabalhos para homens e outros para mulheres.

O projeto Strong and Brave Women in European Democracy, que debateu o papel das mulheres na construção de uma sociedade mais democrata, teve a sua última reunião na FORAVE. Vinte alunas de Turquia e da Polónia, conjuntamente com trinta alunos da FORAVE, participaram em workshops, dinamizados pela Casa da Juventude e pelo Famalicão MadeIn, relacionados com a temática do projeto e com o papel das mulheres no mundo dos negócios.

Por fim, vinte e um alunos finalistas dos cursos Técnico de Gestão, Técnico de Eletrónica, Automação e Comando, Técnico de Qualidade Alimentar e Técnico de Manutenção Industrial realizaram os seus estágios curriculares em Salerno, na Itália, e Tenerife, na Espanha, tendo a oportunidade de aplicar e desenvolver, em contexto de trabalho internacional, os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo dos três anos de formação e de desenvolver ainda as suas competências interculturais e linguísticas.
