FORMAÇÃO LEAN - Resolução Estruturada de Problemas

Resolver problemas é uma tarefa constante no dia-a-dia das empresas. Tempo dispendido em reuniões, em que nada se resolve, queixas frequentes de clientes, colaboradores e colegas, sobre assuntos que já não são novos e a sensação de estar sempre a "apagar fogos", podem ser sinais de que algo precisa ser mudado.

E se existisse um método simples e prático, que tornasse a resolução de problemas mais eficaz? A metodologia A3 assenta nos princípios da Melhoria Contínua, através do recurso a ferramentas simples, que facilitam o registo e a análise das situações e o desenho de um plano de acção. Sem necessidade de softwares ou fórmulas complicadas, estas ferramentas apenas precisam de papel e caneta. Podem ser utilizadas por qualquer pessoa.

Resolver problemas de forma estruturada pode ser o primeiro passo para agilizar a Melhoria Contínua nas empresas e a criação de mais valor para todos: clientes, chefias e colaboradores.
