PROGRAMA LEAN BY DOING

O programa LEAN BY DOING tem como objetivo promover o desenvolvimento do Líder Lean e acompanhá-lo nas 5 etapas do seu projeto Lean através de 3 blocos:

ETAPAS

  • Diagnóstico: o líder Lean vai entender qual a direção que a empresa quer seguir, descrever o contexto e a situação atual dos processos produtivos.
  • Desenho futuro + Plano de melhoria: o líder Lean analisa e identifica os obstáculos e as causas dos problemas e planeia as soluções baseadas nos princípios Lean.
  • Formação: o líder ganha as competências técnicas e pessoais ao longo do seu projeto, deve entender profundamente as ferramentas Lean, que problemas estas solucionam e quais necessita para implementar o seu plano de melhoria. Assim como deve entender como se aplicam sobre o terreno (no gemba) transferindo o conhecimento às suas equipas.
  • Projeto Piloto: o líder Lean implementa o plano de melhoria na área piloto definida com o novo conhecimento e efetua os ajustes necessários até alcançar os objetivos para os KPI’s definidos.
  • Extensão: O líder verifica o que correu bem no projeto piloto para standardizar e transferir as boas práticas e a mesma experiência às outras áreas.

  • BLOCO FORMAÇÃO (nível LEAN GREEN BELT): o líder Lean vai aprender o método e ferramentas para implementar o Lean Manufacturing e liderar a mudança na organização inspirando-se em projetos reais.
